This study aimed to reveal the impact of a program based on social stories in increasing social interaction and improving verbal outcome in children with autism spectrum disorder in Amman. This is through knowing the effectiveness of the social stories program and its impact on the social interaction skills of children with autism spectrum disorder, and knowing the effectiveness of the social stories program and its impact on increasing and improving verbal achievement in children with autism spectrum disorder. Through a sample of children with autism spectrum disorder at the Jordan Academy for autism in Amman, it consisted of (30) children with autism spectrum disorder. The intended sample was selected from the Jordanian Academy for autism in Amman, through communication with the Ministry of Social Development and the scales will be filled by parents of children with autism spectrum. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: the presence of the impact of the program on the level of social interaction, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the averages of the dimensions of the scale in the pre and post measurements attributed to the training program in favor of the post. The presence of an impact of the program on the level of linguistic output, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the averages of the dimensions of the scale in the pre-and post-measurements is attributed to the training program in favor of the dimension. The study also found that there is an improvement for the experimental group in the level of social interaction, and the presence of significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the averages of the dimensions of the scale in the two telemetry and follow-up is attributed to the training program in favor of follow-up, the study also found that there is a decline for the experimental group in the level of linguistic output, and the presence of significant differences at the level of significance (α=0.05) between the averages of the dimensions of the scale in the two telemetry and follow-up is attributed to the training program in favor of the dimension. In the light of results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the need to activate programs based on strategies in the curriculum of teaching methods for people with autism spectrum disorder with various diplomas at the Faculty of Education.
