المضامين التربوية في رسالة "أيها الولد" للإمام الغزالي وتصور تربوي مقترح لتطبيقها في الثانويات الإسلامية في جمهورية العراق
The study aimed to extract the educational concepts in the message "Ayyoha Alwalad" to Imam Al-Ghazali (May God have mercy on him) and to build a proposed concept for its application in Islamic secondary schools. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher followed a mixed approach represented by quantitative (descriptive-analytical and survey) and qualitative methods. The researcher used two tools for the quantitative method: The first was the "analysis card" to analyze the content of the message "Ayyoha Alwalad" and extract its educational concepts, which reached (117) concepts distributed across (5) fields. The second tool was the "questionnaire" designed by the researcher to assess the suitability of the educational concepts in the message "Ayyoha Alwalad" for application in Islamic secondary schools, consisting of (117) paragraphs, and it was distributed to the study sample, which included all members of the community, comprising (119) male teachers of moral education in Islamic secondary schools in the Republic of Iraq, (76) female teachers, (119) male directors, and (76) female directors. The researcher used the "interview" as a tool for the qualitative method, with a sample consisting of (8) supervisors of religious subjects, directing questions to them to determine the possibility of applying the educational concepts derived from the message "Ayyoha Alwalad" in Islamic secondary schools from their perspective. The study was conducted in the academic year (2022-2023). The quantitative results of the study, after distributing the questionnaire to the study community to collect the necessary data and conduct statistical analysis, showed a high degree of suitability for applying this educational concepts in Islamic secondary schools in the Republic of Iraq from the perspective of the directors and teachers. As the results showed, there were statistically significant differences at a level (α= 5 in the response of the study sample attributed to the variable (educational qualification) in all study fields except (the fourth field: concepts related to the teacher) in favor of bachelor's degree holders, and statistically significant differences attributed to the variable (years of teaching experience) in the fourth and fifth fields: concepts related to the teacher and concepts related to the student, in favor of those with (1-5) years of experience. The results also showed consensus among the supervisors of Islamic studies on the possibility of applying educational concepts in the message to Imam AlGhazali, (May God have mercy on him), in Islamic secondary schools to a high degree. The researcher proposed an educational concept for implementing these concepts in Islamic secondary schools. The study recommended the adoption of this proposed concept by the senior management of Islamic secondary schools represented by the Department of Religious Education and Islamic Studies.
