The research aimed to reveal the digital knowledge management practices of the students of the private Arab International University and its role in improving their scientific level, the descriptive analytical approach was used in this research. The research tool consisted of a questionnaire, contain two scale, which was digital knowledge management practices and the level of scientific improvement designed by the researcher, applied to a sample of 448 university students. By reviewing the literature on the subject and using the statistical methods of (means, student's t-test, Pearson coefficient, and simple linear regression analysis), several research results have been achieved, which can be summarized as follows: 1) Identify digital knowledge management processes in three main processes: 1) digital knowledge acquisition and preserve, 2) apply and generate digital knowledge, 3) sharing and disseminating digital knowledge. Students of the Private Arab International University practice highly the digital knowledge management according to the adopted categories in the research, with mean regard 2.34. The processes (digital knowledge acquisition and preserve) were more practiced and interested among students, followed by (apply and generate digital knowledge) in the second place, while (sharing and disseminating digital knowledge) in the last place. There are statistically significant differences in digital knowledge management practices and the improvement of the scientific level of private Arab International University students, depending on variables (gender, nature of scientific specialization), for the benefit of females and applied disciplines. The student's improvement scientific level is positively and statistically significantly related to their practices of digital knowledge management processes, with high impact regard (61.9%) on improving the scientific level of students at the Arab International Private University.
