الكفاءة الخارجية لقسم التربية البدنية والرياضة في كلية التربية الأساسية في دولة الكويت من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس
The study aimed to recognize the external efficiency of the Department of Physical Education and Sports in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait from the point of view of school principals. To achieve this aim, a questionnaire consisting of 45 items was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. It was then distributed to a study sample of 96 principals. The descriptive survey method was used. The results showed that the external efficiency of the Department of Physical Education and Sports in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait was perceived as high by school principals, and no statistically significant differences were found in all areas of external efficiency due to gender, experience, academic qualification, or school level, except in the field of knowledge, where differences favored primary school principals. In light of these results, the study recommended that the Department of Physical Education and Sports continue to provide its students with knowledge and skills and conduct similar studies with other samples, such as private school principals.
