The study was conducted to identify the reality of organizational conflict leadership among secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in the light of participatory leadership, and to reveal individual differences in the response of the sample according to the study variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience), and the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, and the study community was formed. Of all male and female teachers in secondary schools in Kuwait, a random sample was selected from the study population, consisting of (7273) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared to measure the reality of organizational conflict leadership among secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in the light of participatory leadership from the point of view of male and female teachers, humanity, communication and information building. The study found several results, the most important of which are: The reality of organizational conflict leadership among secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in the light of participatory leadership from the male and female teachers’ point of view came to a medium degree, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the gender variable.
