تحديات الإدارة الرياضية للإتحاد الأردني لكرة الطائرة في عصر الرقمنة : دراسة حالة
This study aimed to identify the challenges of sports management of the Jordanian volleyball federation in the digitalization era. The researcher used the descriptive approach (case study). A questionnaire was designed as a study tool to collect data. The researcher used a pilot studay of (27) individuals from the study population to verify the validity and reliability of the study tool. After verifying its validity and reliability, the questionnaire was distributed to the study sample using the available sample method, which consisted of (197) individuals. The (SPSS) statistical package was used to analyze the data. The most prominent results of the study were that human challenges constitute the greatest obstacle to the digitalization of the Jordan volleyball federation, followed by technical and infrastructure challenges, and that the degree of digitalization application in the jordan volleyball federation was average. There is a high need for the availability of digital tools and technologies that help the sports management of the Jordan volleyball federation. The researcher recommends providing specialized training programs for workers to enhance their skills in the field of digital technology and investing in improving devices, software and communication networks to support digitalization in the Jordan volleyball federation and developing a comprehensive strategy for digitalization in the Jordan volleyball federation and establishing a platform integrated digital for the Jordanian volleyball federation compatible with smartphones.
