The research aimed to assessment of professionals՚ knowledge of the response to intervention model in learning disabilities programs at the primary stage in Makkah and knowing the effect of some independent variables on the professionals՚ responses, namely: gender, job title, educational qualification, and training programs on the response to intervention model. To achieve the two objectives of the research, the descriptive survey method was used, and accordingly, a closed questionnaire consisting of (21) items was designed, which was applied to the research sample consisting of (296) professionals. The research found the following: 1) The professionals՚ knowledge of the response to intervention model came to a medium degree, 2) there are no statistically significant differences in the gender variable, and 3) the presence of statistically significant differences in the following variables: The job title in favor of a teacher with learning disabilities, and the educational qualification in favor of the bachelor's category, and the training programs on the response to intervention model for the benefit of the category (No, I didn’t get training). The research recommended the following: 1) Cognition enhancement the importance of scientific research and Follow up professionals for Updates of Scientific researches that care with the developed models for the educational field at all its levels, 2) The importance of including a multi-Tiered system of support As a theoretical and field requirement at the university stage to specialize special education and related disciplines, 3) Establishing and initialization specialized training centers in the multi-tiered system of support, and 4) Recruitment of the multidisciplinary team with all its components in all schools and Emphasizing the importance of its presence, and the desired benefit thereof.
