تحديات التعليم الالكتروني وآليات مواجهتها بمدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة ظفار في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر المعلمين : دراسة تحليلية

The study aimed to uncover the challenges of e-learning and the mechanisms to confront them in basic education schools in the Governorate of Dhofar in the Sultanate of Oman in light of the Covid 19 pandemic from the teachers ’point of view. It was implemented during the (first semester) 2020/2021 AD, and its questionnaire tool included the independent variables, which are: the respondents' data and the dependent variables, which are (67) statements distributed on two axes: challenges and ways to confront them. The study used spss to analyze the data. And it reached several results, the most important of which are: 1) The challenges (technical and administrative, students, among teachers) were high, while the family challenges were very high. The mechanisms for facing challenges in its four domains were also very high. 2) There are statistically significant differences between the opinions of the sample members regarding student challenges and the mechanisms of facing them according to the scientific qualification variable and in favor of the holders of the teacher diploma qualification, while there are no statistically significant differences in the sample’s views towards other challenges areas according to the rest of the variables.(Published abstract)
