This study aimed to identify the features of the new education system, analyze the current reality of preparing primary education teachers at the faculty of education, Port Said University, and develop a proposed vision for developing the primary education teacher preparation system at the faculty of education in light of the requirements of the new education system. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the system analysis approach. The study tool was a questionnaire directed to a group of faculty members at the faculty of education, Port Said University, and a group of teachers and supervisors in primary schools in Port Said Governorate. The study concluded that developing the primary education teacher preparation system at the faculty of education in light of the requirements of the new education system requires developing the system inputs through a university administration aware of the requirements of the new education system and advanced and flexible curricula and employing technology in education. It also requires developing the system's operations by developing teaching skills such as critical and creative thinking skills, intensive field training, and comprehensive and continuous evaluation in a creative environment to produce a creative and knowledge-producing student teacher.
