دور نموذج محاكاة سياسة التعليم واستراتيجياته (epssim) في تحسين عملية التخطيط التربوي الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات التعليمية
This study aimed to utilize the education policy and strategy simulation model (EPSSim) in strategic educational planning for educational institutions by clarifying the conceptual framework of strategic educational planning for educational institutions and its key stages, highlighting the nature of computer-based simulation in strategic educational planning and its primary classifications, defining the "education policy and strategies simulation model" its foundations, and key components and revealing the role of EPSSim in enhancing the effectiveness of strategic educational planning at the institutional level. The study adopted a descriptive research methodology and concluded that: EPSSim supports the professional development of strategic educational planners by enhancing their analytical capabilities. The model enables planners to analyze diverse scenarios based on educational variables (e.g., student demographics, resource allocation, and budget). Through simulating these scenarios, planners gain precise insights into the impacts of their decisions, thereby improving data-driven decision-making. Training education policymakers and planners on EPSSim are cornerstones for developing more efficient and effective education systems. The study recommended integrating computer-based simulation into strategic educational planning processes. (Published abstract)
