The study aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a cognitive behavioral program to develop altruistic behavior among visually impaired students in the primary stage. The sample of the current study consisted of (10) students (6) males from institutes in the city of Manzala in Dakahlia Governorate (4) females. From institutes in the city of Manzala in Dakahlia Governorate, their ages ranged between (6-12) years, the arithmetic mean (8.87) and standard deviation (1.787). The study used the experimental method through a quasi-experimental design such as one group (premeasurement, post-measurement, and tracking). The study tools were a measure of altruistic behavior and has been proposing a model for a cognitive-behavioral program to develop altruistic behavior among visually impaired students in the primary stage. In light of it, the program was built for its implementation. The study concluded: There are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores in the pre- and post-applications of the altruistic behavior scale (love, giving, social support, kindness). And feeling for others) in favor of the post-application, and there are no statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group’s scores in the post application and the follow-up scale of altruistic behavior (love, giving, social support, kindness, and feeling for others).
