العلاقة بين الوعي الفونولوجي ومستوى التهجي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية المعرضين لخطر صعوبات تعلم القراءة
The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between phonological awareness and the level of spelling among primary school students who are at risk of difficulties in learning to read. Their ages ranged from 9-11 years, with a mean age of 9.33 years, and a standard deviation of 0.47. The study used the descriptive-correlational approach. The tools of the study were the measures of phonological awareness; the level of spelling (prepared by the researcher), the results revealed that there is a statistically significant positive correlation between phonological awareness and the level of spelling among primary school students who are at risk of reading difficulties.
