The research aims to verify the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment counseling in activating psychological immunity and reducing nomophobia among female university students. The study sample consisted of (24) female university students who were diagnosed with a low level of psychological immunity, as their scores on the psychological immunity scale (prepared by the researcher) were in the lowest quartile, in addition to having a high level of nomophobia, as their scores on the nomophobia scale prepared by (Yildirim & Correia, 2015 ), and "Arabization by the researcher" were in the highest quartile. Then they were distributed into two groups, one experimental and the other control, each consisting of (12) students. After verifying the equivalence of the two samples, the acceptance and commitment counseling program "prepared by the researcher" was applied to the students of the experimental group, which consisted of (13) sessions at a rate of two sessions per week. After applying the counseling program, its effectiveness was verified through post-measurement, then a month after the end of the counseling program, follow-up measurement was conducted. The results of the current research proved the effectiveness of the acceptance and commitment-counseling program in activating psychological immunity and reducing nomophobia among female students. The experimental group in the post-measurement, and the extension of the effect of the guidance program on acceptance and commitment after the end of the program‘s implementation among the students of the experimental group in the follow-up measurement in activating psychological immunity and reducing the severity of nomophobia. In light of this result, a set of recommendations and proposed research were formulated. (Published abstract)
