And emotional exhaustion scale (prepared by researcher). Using means, MANOVA, and multiple regression analysis, the results showed that there is a moderate level of techno-stress and emotional exhaustion among secondary school teachers, and also there is ahigh level of job satisfaction in the study sample. The results showed that There was statistically significant effect of gender, years of experience, and their interaction on techno-stress. However, there was no statistically significant effect of gender or years of experience on emotional exhaustion, though the interaction between gender and years of experience had a statistically significant effect on emotional exhaustion. There is no significant effect of gender on job satisfaction, while years of experience and the interaction between gender and years of experience had statistically significant effects on job satisfaction.
