Therefore, all educational institutions in general and university education in particular have sought continuous development and improvement by identifying the gap between the role of universities in confronting value change, evaluating it, determining the best practices for activating it, setting educational policies in the first place, as well as contributing to achieving interconnection between... Therefore, the study aimed to provide suggested formulas to activate the efforts of Egyptian universities to confront the value change among their students in light of the requirements of preventive education. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher took the descriptive approach as her method, and also used the questionnaire as a tool for the study. The study, in its theoretical part, dealt with the intellectual framework of nonvalues, which contributed to the trend towards interest in preventive education as one of the methods to confront the change in values among students in university education. The results resulted in presenting proposed formulas to activate the efforts of Egyptian universities to confront value change in light of the requirements of preventive education, and how to benefit from the new educational formulas in activating the efforts of universities, so that the latest knowledge in the educational fields is combined, as well as strengthening the senior university leadership of the system. Correct values among students. The study recommended the necessity of applying some of the proposed formulas to activate the efforts of Egyptian universities to confront the value change among their students in light of the requirements of preventive education, through exchanging ideas, expertise and experiences between universities and community institutions to achieve the maximum possible benefit, as well as providing financial support and the necessary material, human and technological capabilities, and providing freedom. For faculty members to carry out their tasks in an atmosphere where the spirit of cooperation and teamwork prevails, taking into account the proposed formulas and their mechanisms, and benefiting from them when preparing training programs that support the requirements of preventive education.
