This study aims to identify the difficulties faced by early childhood teachers in the professional license test from the teacher's point of view, by identifying those difficulties. The study descriptive design was used. The researchers identified a random sample of early childhood teachers, only (75) questionnaire were analysed. The results of the study showed that there are several difficulties for early childhood teachers in performing the professional license test for teachers, the most important of which is the required test success score is higher than the teacher's capabilities, test forms are not included in the curriculum, the length of test questions is not suitable for the time allotted to each question, holding the test once a school year may not suit all teachers, difficulty in acquiring all knowledge of early childhood specialization. The researchers recommended replacing the practical education course in early childhood with an integrated program from the first academic year of the college until the year of graduation. There is a need for the Ministry of Education to cooperate with the faculties of education in the development and implementation of vocational teacher development training plans to be in accordance with the actual training needs of the target group. In addition, teams comprising professors at the faculties of education and cadres of the educational research and planning center, technical guidance and other relevant departments with the aim of conducting surveys, research and studies on the training needs of teachers in Saudi Arabia, survey of the return and constraints of training. Furthermore, the national center for measurement and evaluation should be directed to coordinate with the ministry of education to overcome the challenges of regulatory procedures to teachers' professional license test and conduct teachers, professional license tests without charging financial fees.
