مشكلات استخدام الحاسوب لدى طلبة معلم صف كلية التربية جامعة صنعاء وسبل التغلب عليها في ضوء مدخل الجودة في التعليم الجامعي
The research aims to identify the most important problems of dealing with the computer among students of the classroom teacher at the Faculty of Education, Sana’a University, and how to overcome them in light of the quality standards in university education. The sample of the research consisted of (25) pre-service classroom teachers in the academic year 2020-2021. The researchers used the questionnaire to collect the data, as a tool for to answer the research questions. The main results revealed that there is a lack of availability of computers, peripherals and educational software compared to the number of students, slow devices, lack of updating, frequent malfunctions, and the lack of necessary periodic maintenance, in addition to the lack of availability Appropriate educational software that suits the development of curricula. The increase in the administrative and teaching burdens entrusted to the pre-service classroom teachers, the decrease in the number of learners who obtained intermediate and advanced courses to employ computers in teaching. Based on these results, the researchers recommended conducting other researches to identify the reality of the actual use of computers in teaching, and providing colleges of education with computers and their accessories, and alleviating the burdens of laboratory supervisors through periodic maintenance and continuous updating of available devices and linking them to the Internet, In order to enrich the pre-service classroom teacher preparation program with the technical competencies of the computer, which deal with the fields of (computer basics, computer programs, computer applications in education).
