The study aimed to identify the role of school principals in the gifted care programs in general education in Al-Ahsa Governorate from their point of view, the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach, and a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements was developed, which was distributed electronically to the study sample, which consisted of (82) male and female managers. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample about the role of school principals in gifted care programs due to the gender variable in favor of females, and there were no differences about the role of school principals in gifted care programs due to the variables (educational qualification, experience, type of school, presence of classes).
