This research aimed at investigating the effectiveness of a training Program based on s.o.w.t model of strategic thinking for decreasing academic stress of unsatisfied teachers students of e-book. the sample of the research consisted of 58 students who were enrolled for the second year of Arabic section, it was divided into two basic groups (one control and one experimental), 28 students each the Instruments was prepared by the researcher included a survey of unsatisfaction of e-book, a measurement of academic stress and a program based on practice of s.o.w.t for decreasing academic stress by using module (practice s.o.w.t or not and why?). The results demonstrated: There were statistically significant differences between the means score of the experimental group in the pre- test and that of the post-test on the academic stress scale and There were statistically significant differences between the means score of the experimental group and that of the control group on the post-test academic stress scale.
