The study aimed to identify the reality of the application of computer parameters in the complex governorate of digital citizenship values in the light of the vision of Saudi Arabia (2030) The study used the survey descriptive curriculum. The sample of the study consisted of computer teachers in the compound's governorate of 80 female teachers. The study relied on a questionnaire to collect data from the study sample of three main themes: (values of digital respect, values of digital learning, values of digital protection) and falls under each axis (10) phrases, The results of the study found that the second axis (digital learning values) ranked first of the three axes with an average arithmetic (4.038) and, to a high degree, followed by the first axis (digital respect values) with an average arithmetic (3.24) and, to a medium degree, followed by the last by the third axis (digital protection values) with an average arithmetic (3.08) and, to a medium degree In the light of the findings, the study made a number of recommendations, including: Development of computer teacher training programs to include the values of respect and digital protection in the light of Saudi Arabia's Vision (2030).
