The research aimed to identify the training needs of faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in the light of the human capacity development program. The research used the descriptive survey method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. Dear, and the research reached the following results: The responses of the research sample towards the training needs "teaching, research, and community service" for faculty members at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University in the light of the human capacity development program at a high level of need, with arithmetic averages (4.04, 4.08)., 4.08) respectively, and the research did not find statistically significant differences according to the variable (gender) towards the training needs as a whole, nor were there statistically significant differences according to the variable (academic rank) towards the training needs related to community service, while the research showed the existence of significant differences Statistical significance according to the college type variable (humanitarian/scientific) in all attempts of the study as a whole; In favor of the Humanities College, and the presence of statistically significant differences according to the academic rank variable (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor) towards the training needs "related to the teaching process, related to community service, and the needs as a whole" in favor of the academic rank "Professor", and the presence of statistically significant differences according to the variable of years of experience (less than 5 years/from 5 years to less than 10 years/10 years and more) towards the training needs as a whole in favor of the "10 years and more" category.
