The study mainly aims to identify the culture of privatization in higher education from the point of view of the leaders of Saudi universities. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the study came out with many results, the most important of which are: Most of the university leaders (male and female) of the sample from Jeddah University agree on the culture of privatization of Saudi higher education by 92%, while the rejection rate was very low at 1.7%. While there was a neutral rate of 6.3%. (Published abstract)
