The research aimed to identify the reality of administrative training in developing the leadership skills of secondary school principals in the city of Buraidah, by knowing the degree of the contribution of administrative training in developing the leadership skills of secondary school principals in Buraidah. The descriptive survey method was used. The sample consisted of all secondary school principals in Buraidah, and their number was (70). A (questionnaire) was applied, and the results concluded that administrative training programs contribute to a moderate degree (3.35) in developing leadership skills (cognitive, human, and technical) among secondary school principals in Buraidah. There are no statistically significant differences at level (0.05) between the averages of the study population's responses about the degree of administrative training's contribution to the development of leadership skills (cognitive, human, and technical) for school principals according to the variable (years of experience and training programs).The research recommended the need to give importance to management training processes in cognitive and human skills, where the degree of contribution of administrative training to the development of these skills was moderate, to identify the training needs of female managers in the field of leadership skills and to provide the necessary training courses to meet those needs.
