مستوى مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين في ظل الثورة الصناعية الرابعة لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية في المرحلة الثانوية بدولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify the level of twenty-first century skills in light of the fourth industrial revolution among teachers of Islamic education at the secondary school in the State of Kuwait from their point of view, and the impact of the variables (gender, experience, educational region) on that. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, and data was collected through a questionnaire included (50) phrases distributed over five dimensions. It was applied to a sample consisting of (174) male and female teachers of Islamic education at the secondary school. The results concluded that the skills of the twenty-first century in light of the Fourth Industrial Revolution as a whole among the study sample came to a large degree, and in the first order came self-learning skills, followed by creative and critical thinking skills, then specialized professional skills, then technological culture skills, and finally process management skills, and all came to a large degree as well. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample on specialized vocational skills according to gender variable while there were no differences on the total score of the twenty-first century skills and the rest of the skills, there are differences in the skills of managing the educational process according to educational region variable, while there were no differences on the total score of the twenty-first century skills and the rest of the skills, there are no differences between the total score of the twenty-first century skills according to the experience variable.
