The study aimed to identify the role of faculty members in developing digital citizenship among female students in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, The descriptive survey approach was used, The study sample consisted of (348) female students in the College of Basic Education, The data was collected through a questionnaire consisting of (36) phrases distributed over six domains. The results of the study concluded that the role of faculty members in developing digital citizenship for female students is moderate, and the domain of digital fitness came in first place to a large extent, followed by digital laws, then digital communication, then digital rights and responsibilities, then promoting digital culture, and finally digital security and privacy, All of them are moderate. The results also found that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample regarding the total degree of digital citizenship and the following domains (digital fitness, digital laws, digital rights and responsibilities) according to specialization variable in favor of literary materials, while there were no differences in the following domains (digital communication, Promoting digital culture, digital security and privacy), and there are differences in the total degree of digital citizenship and all domains according to academic year variable.
