The aim of the research is to develop creative writing skills in the light of the program based on artificial situations. The sample: Some of the first year secondary school students in Port Said governorate schools. To achieve the objective of the research, the following materials and tools were prepared: A list of criteria for preparing artificial educational situations necessary for first year secondary students. A list of creative writing skills required for first year secondary students. Creative writing test for first year secondary students. Preparing a (student's book) based on the role of artificial situations in developing creative writing skills for first year secondary students, preparing a (guide for the teacher) to train him to implement the proposed program for the current study. Building the proposed program based on artificial situations to develop creative writing skills among first year secondary students, and then applying it. The research showed the following results: The effectiveness of the electronic program based on artificial attitudes in developing creative writing among first year secondary students, the research sample, where: There was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance (α ≤ ...0) between the average scores of the students of the experimental group who studied using the proposed electronic program and the scores of the control group who studied in the usual way in the post application of the creative writing skills test in favor of the average scores of the students of the experimental group regarding the main creative writing skills as a whole. The researcher recommended: The need to pay attention to Arabic language skills, especially creative writing skills, because they are of functional importance and secondary school students suffer from a clear weakness in them. The need to provide artificial educational situations and appropriate reading activities for the secondary stage. The importance of carefully selecting artificial educational situations and allowing students to practice communication in situations that simulate reality. The need to prepare guides to guide teachers of the Arabic language in secondary schools on how to develop creative writing skills among their students. (Published abstract)
