The study aimed to present a future vision of opportunity for the culture of vocational education, to achieve this aim, the study used the descriptive approach, and the methodology of future studies through the Delphi method to survey the opinions of education experts, it consists of three rounds. The researcher was able to provide a future vision based on the opinions of experts about the most important requirements that must be met to enhance the culture of educational achievement among faculty members in Egyptian universities in the light of five pillars of professional learning communities (PLC), which include: (Shared vision, shared values, supportive leadership, supportive conditions, reflective professional inquiry). The study reached a set of requirements, the most important of which are: The contribution of faculty members in formulating the vision and mission of the university, faculty members cooperate in carrying out the tasks assigned to them by working in a team, leadership support for the principle of justice, equality and non-discrimination when distributing tasks and roles to faculty members. The faculty members exchange ideas, expertise and experiences with each other to achieve maximum benefit, providing financial support and the necessary material, human and technological capabilities, providing academic freedom for faculty members.
