The aim of the study is to design an environment for cooperative e-learning and its investigate on developing computer skills competencies among female seventh graders in the State of Kuwait. The experimental method was used is a quasi-experimental design for one group, the research sample included 25 females seventh girl student in Kuwait whose ages ranged between 11-13 years. Research instruments included an achievement test to measure the cognitive competencies of students in the computer course (second unit "digital processing"), product evaluation card for the skillful performance of computer subject competencies in Excel, and a measure of the degree of students, satisfaction with the collaborative e-learning environment that was applied to them. The validity and reliability of those tools were verified, and the researcher applied an e-learning environment through the following programs (Moodle) and (Dreamweaver) and (Adobe Captivate) as well as (Adobe Photoshop CS6), and applied the test tool before and after, as well as applying the product card and satisfaction measure tool, the researcher then performed the statistical analysis with the appropriate methods to test the research hypotheses. Results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the means of the pre- and post-test scores in favor of post-application. Based on the results reached, a number of recommendations and research proposals have been made. (Published abstract)
