الإحتياجات التدريبية ومعوقات التدريب من منظور مدربي مكتب التربية العملية في كلية التربية الأساسية بدولة الكويت
The study aimed to identify the training needs and training obstacles from the Perspective of the trainers of the office of practical education in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, and the impact of some variables on that. The sample consisted of (95) trainers from the College of Basic Education, and the data was collected through a questionnaire included (30) phrases divided into three dimensions. The results showed that the training needs in human personal development are high, and that the training needs in the specialized professional are also high, and that the obstacles of training as a whole are moderate. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of study sample about training needs in human personal development, and specialized professional due to gender variable, while there were no differences about training obstacles, and no differences about training needs of human personal development, and training obstacles due (educational level, job title and number of training courses) variables. The results also showed that there are differences about training needs in human personal development due experience variable, while there are no differences about training needs in specialized professional and training obstacles. In light of the results, the study presented some recommendations that would develop the professional development process for the trainers of the office of practical education in the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait.
