The study aimed at presenting a proposed strategy for the requirements of improving the organizational and political environment in the faculties of education in Egypt, through reviewing the concept of modern and intelligent faculties of education and it's features and requirements. Also define requirements of improving the political and organizational in the faculties of education in Egypt (Faculty of education as a model). The study used the descriptive method and the questionnaire to recognize the ideas of some of faculties' members in the faculty of education, Damietta University about the degree of availability of requirements for improving the political and organizational environment in the faculties of education in Egypt, faculty of education, Damietta university as a model. The study community consists of the total number of employees and faculty members at the faculty of education Damietta university, the questionnaire applied on all the study community who were (260) individual to recognize their idea about the requirements of improving the political and organizational environment at the faculties of education in Egypt (Faculty of education in Damietta as a model) and the degree of availability of these requirements. The study concluded with putting a proposed strategy of the requirements for improving the political and organizational environment at the faculties of education as, promoting the affective learning to meet the needs of the age and 4th industrial revolution, excellence in scientific research to keeping pace with global trends, community partnership and service society, the developmental and economical work of faculties of education, requirements for digital faculties of education, improving the creativity and innovation, artificial intelligent, student mobility, competitiveness and total quality, achieving sustainable development goals and improving the quality of educational system consistent with global systems, improving the competitiveness of education systems and outputs and availability of education for all.
