The public decency is considered one of the most noble human ethics, so, the recent research aims to develop a set of proposed procedures in order to activate the role of the school principals for elevating the public decency of students in Egypt in the light of the experiences of both Singapore and Finland. The research applied the comparative approach. The procedures of the research are: 1) Defining the concept of the public decency, it's most important manifestations, the most important factors that causes its degradation, the role of school principals to elevate the students' public decency from the perspective of contemporary educational literature. 2) Identifying the role of the principals for elevating the public decency of the students in the light of the experiences of both Singapore and Finland. 3) The comparative analysis of the principals' role for elevating the public decency of the students in Singapore and Finland. 4) Developing a set of proposed procedures to activate the role of principals to elevate the public decency of the students in Egypt. The results of the recent research underscored the weak role of the principals in elevating the public decency of the students in Egypt. By illuminating the objectives and the results of the recent research, a number of proposed procedures are set for activating the role of principals to elevate the public decency of the students in Egypt.
