The study aimed to identify the reality of investing in human resources in general education schools in the Qassim region. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach, and data was collected by applying a questionnaire to a sample of (372) female educational directors and teachers in general education schools in the Qassim region. The study concluded that investment in human resources is available to a moderate degree, from the point of view of public education principals and teachers. The results of the study revealed the existence of an integrated information system for human resources, which is available to a moderate degree in education schools in the Qassim region, and that recruitment and appointment are available to a moderate degree. The results of the study also revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages of the study sample members regarding the reality of human resources investment due to the job variable. The differences were in favor of female educational leaders. The study recommended developing the skills and competencies of human resources in the ministry within an intensive training program that is compatible with Actual training needs, attracting those with scientific and practical experience to improve work, transferring expertise to workers, and increasing the participation of female principals and teachers in the courses provided; To provide them with the latest technical and technological developments in the educational field.
