الإحتياجات التدريبية للكادر الإداري في مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة بريدة
The study aims to identify the degree of training needs of the administrative staff in public education in the city of Buraydah, And the Sondage of the existence of statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members (Educational period, years of experience, training courses). the study used the descriptive (survey) method and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and It was applied to a random sample which their number (331) employee. The study concluded that the degree of need for training was large, and all dimensions were also very high. The results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members on all dimensions of training needs due to school stage variable in favor of the secondary stage, except the dimension of cognitive competencies. Also, there are no statistically significant differences in all dimensions due to years of experience variable, and there are no statistically significant differences due to training courses variable, except the two dimensions (administrative and technical competencies, and technological competencies). There are differences in determining the training needs for administrative and technical competencies. For the benefit of those who have completed (5-10 training courses), While regarding identifying training needs for technological competencies, the differences were in favor of those who had completed (more than 10 training courses). The study recommended the importance of concerned parties adopting training based on the training needs found in this study and measuring the impact of training on them. (Published abstract)
