The research aimed to identify the values of civil and human rights in Islam (family, social, and economic rights) included in the content of the Fiqh course for the secondary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A descriptive-analytical research design was applied, and using the content analysis form to extract data to collecting data and seek research goals. The research sample is the Fiqh textbook for the secondary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in the courses track. Research reached the inclusion of civil and human rights in which the topics of human civil rights are included in the Fiqh textbooks 1 and 2 in an integrated manner. Personal and family rights were mentioned in the content in (82) places. As for economic rights, they were mentioned in the content in (81) places. Also, the results showed that the frequencies of the “values of rights” in each field are variant, which requires appropriate dealing and arrangement for the inclusion of these rights in the topics of the Fiqh textbook (1) and (2). It needs to be dealt with and arranged. The study recommended that those responsible for comprehensively developing curricula should consider the inclusion of human rights and balance it in a way that suits the nature of the subjects and students' age stage while considering that some rights are needed by the student more than others.
