تقييم دور الهيئة العامة للتعليم التطبيقي والتدريب في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدى الطلبة وسبل تعزيزه في ضوء خبرات بعض الدول الأجنبية
The study aimed to identify the role of the public authority for applied education and training in the State of Kuwait in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students, revealing the obstacles to developing the culture of entrepreneurship, and presenting a proposed vision for enhancing the culture of entrepreneurship in light of the experiences of some foreign countries. The descriptive analytical approach was used, the study sample consisted of (190) faculty members, to whom a questionnaire consisting of (37) statements was applied. The results of the study concluded that the role of the general authority for applied education and training in developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students is moderate, and came after leadership and student support in first place, followed by the vision, mission and strategy, then education for entrepreneurship, and finally external relations and evaluating entrepreneurship, and the obstacles to developing an entrepreneurship culture came moderate business. The results showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members regarding the reality of developing the culture of entrepreneurship as a whole and all dimensions, and the obstacles to developing the culture of entrepreneurship according to gender variable, and the absence of differences regarding the reality of developing the culture of entrepreneurship as a whole and all dimensions according to college variable, while there are differences about the obstacles to developing an entrepreneurial culture. There are no differences regarding the reality of developing the culture of entrepreneurship as a whole and the obstacles to developing the culture of entrepreneurship according to job title variable. The study presented a proposal to enhance the culture of entrepreneurship in light of the experiences of some foreign countries. (Published abstract)
