The study aimed to identify the level of psychological hardiness and quality of life for students of the College of Basic Education in the State of Kuwait, and the effect of variables (gender, academic year, GPA) on that, and to reveal the relationship between psychological hardiness and quality of life. The descriptive correlational approach was used, the tools included psychological hardiness scale and quality of life scale, the sample consisted of (324) male and female students in the College of Basic Education. The results of the study concluded that the level of psychological hardiness as a whole and all its dimensions (commitment, control, challenge) is fairly high for study sample members, and that the level of quality of life as a whole and all its dimensions (general health, life satisfaction, family relationships, social relationships, academic success, leisure time occupation) is fairly high for sample members. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample about the total score of psychological hardiness and all dimensions due to (gender, year of study, cumulative GPA) variables, and there were no differences about the total score of quality of life and all dimensions due study variables. The results indicated the presence of a moderate, statistically significant correlation between the total score of psychological hardiness and the total score of quality of life (r = 0.480), and the existence of a moderate, statistically significant correlation between the total score of psychological hardiness and all dimensions of quality of life.
