The aim of the research is to verify the effect of using a proposed program based on the semantic approach to address the difficulties of learning rhetoric among first-year secondary students. and that they studied the topics of rhetoric addressed by the researcher; This is for the application of the diagnostic test, and an actual sample: its number reached (150) male and female students, with (25) male and female students from each school in the academic year 2021-2022 AD, and the researcher used the experimental method. To achieve this purpose, the researcher performed the following actions: preparing a diagnostic test to determine the difficulties of learning rhetoric among first-year secondary students, preparing a list of difficulties in learning rhetoric, and building a proposed program based on the semantic approach to address the difficulties of learning rhetoric among first-year secondary students, and preparing a test measuring rhetoric learning difficulties. Among the first year secondary students, and the results of the research reached the size of the dimensional effect of applying the proposed program based on the semantic approach to address the difficulties of learning rhetoric, with a total percentage of (0.78).
