The research also touched on the importance of administrative organization and the characteristics of the administrative organization of special needs education institutions and its principles, in addition to the types of formal administrative and informal administrative organization, as well as the components of the administrative organization of private needs education institutions, which are two essential components of the organizational structure and organizational relations that included organizational relations authority, delegation of authority, responsibility and communication.
