Fr

This article aims to evaluate the federal training engineering implemented in Moroccan football and its impact on the employability of young sports executives. Problem: The alignment between training programs and the actual needs of the national sports labor market, as well as the quality of coordination between the various stakeholders involved (federations, clubs, academic institutions, and employers). Methods: A thorough documentary analysis of existing programs, complemented by an examination of the practices of stakeholders in the sector. Conclusions: Despite significant progress, the federal training engineering in Moroccan football still needs to strengthen stakeholder coordination, adapt content, and improve graduate follow-up to sustainably enhance the employability of young sports professionals.
