The study tends to investigate the great need to identify and implement quality control concept at Qassim University, Saudi Arabia. Naturally, this requires the knowledge of this area and the techniques and methods to put the concepts into action. The study also aims to highlight strengths and weaknesses of the education system at the university in terms of quality control. The study also seeks to submit recommendations to reinforce strength and overcome weakness. The study also aims to highlight the importance of control of university education as the way out to full adoption of total quality concepts. The researcher has adopted a descriptive analytical approach for data analysis and questionnaire for data collection. This focuses on five axes: top management, quality control system, quality inputs, quality operations, and quality outputs. The questionnaires have randomly been distributed to (70) participants. The most important conclusions reached by the study are that the strength of quality control at the University is attributed to many factors. This includes establishing quality control unit, clear-cut mechanism in charge of the progress of the activities and practices at the university. Adoption of clear job description without overlapping of tasks and holding regular specialized sessions for the betterment of academic and administrative staff. Adopting clear standards to evaluate education control. Finally, adopting benchmarking to the performance of the university in comparison with other higher education counterparts. The university should be concerned with its outputs and graduate at the labor market is medium. (Published abstract)
