العنف المدرسي بالمغرب : دراس تحليلية ومقاربة تربوية
This work aims to achieve two main objectives: to diagnose the current situation of these violent practices, which are characterized by repetition, escalation, and diversity of patterns, on the one hand, and to identify the most important means of change and ways to reduce their harms according to an educational approach, on the other hand. This article focuses on the problem of analyzing the reality of school violence in Morocco, exploring its underlying roots, and developing mechanisms for its analysis and finding appropriate educational methods to mitigate its threat. This study relied on an analytical and interpretive methodology based on analysis, interpretation, diagnosis of the phenomenon, and an educational approach to bring it closer to the reader and place him within the context of the violent reality in Moroccan school. This research paper has shown that the roots of this phenomenon are deeply rooted, and that it can only be curbed by combining the efforts of all stakeholders in the educational field, through strategic planning and effective change in educational and pedagogical approaches, to rebuild a safe educational environment.
