This study aimed to examine the leadership skills of international school principals in Jeddah and their relationship to the quality of decision-making by surveying teachers' perspectives. It specifically focused on assessing the degree to which principals applied leadership skills in the areas of planning, organization, and decision-making, as well as evaluating decision-making quality in terms of effectively defining problems, selecting optimal solutions, and creativity in decision-making. Additionally, the study explored the correlation between the application of these leadership skills and decision-making quality. A correlational approach was employed, using a questionnaire to collect data from a population consisting of all teachers in international schools in Jeddah during the academic year 1446/2024, totaling 7,886 teachers, from which a simple random sample of 370 teachers was selected. Findings indicated a high degree of leadership skill application among principals, with decision-making ranking highest, followed by organization, and then planning. The quality of decisions made by principals was also high, with effective problem definition ranking highest, followed by selecting optimal solutions, and lastly creativity. The study revealed a strong positive correlation between leadership skills and decision-making quality, recommending institutional professional networks and specialized training programs focused on innovative decision-making.
