This study aimed to study the availability of psychological counseling competencies among early childhood teachers from the point of view of principals, and followed the descriptive survey approach, and the study population consisted of all governmental early childhood principals in the city of Jeddah, and the study sample consisted of (114) principals. The study used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the most important findings of the study: Early childhood teachers understand the need of children at this age stage, they realize the effectiveness of indoctrination and guidance because of its great and positive impact, they seek to enable children to express. Among the most important recommendations of the study: Work to find a way for cooperation between the family and the teacher to avoid deficiencies that may increase behavioral and psychological problems in children through periodic meetings and individual meetings, work by the school administration to develop teachers on how the child expresses himself by raising job performance Among the most important proposals of the study: conducting future studies on the challenges facing early childhood teachers in providing psychological counseling to students.
