The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences - at the significance level (α≤0.05) -between the average responses of educational supervisors and school principals about the reality of educational culture among high school teachers in Jeddah due to the difference in job title, educational qualification and years of experience. In contrast, differences were found in their attitudes towards the profession due to the academic qualification in favor of diploma holders.
