The study aims to know the reality of Saudi university graduates in the Saudi labor market from the point of view of HR & Recruitment experts and standards of the human development program, which is linked to the Saudi Vision 2030 to increase the employment rates, and empower youth, and to refine the basic skills that enable them to enter the labor market. The qualitative descriptive approach was used by conducting structured interviews with (6) experts in the field HR & Recruitment in Saudi companies. The results of the study showed the need to increase the contribution of the role of universities in terms of matching graduates to the labor market to achieve one of the goals of the Human Development Program, difficulty in finding graduates in the technical and technology major, the importance of basic skills required of the labor market, the importance of preparation before graduation, lack of graduates skills, the basic skills needed by the labor market, the obstacles of communication with universities and access to the graduation office, and activate the career advisor role to help graduators and train them about the skills required in the labor market. The study recommended the need to increase the partnership of universities with required companies in order to create a sustainable vision for graduates, study the future of the competencies of the labor market, design training programs for graduates to meet the requirements of the labor market, activate the role of career guidance and use the expertise.
