The study aimed to identify the level of career quality for the principals of public schools in Jeddah from their perspective. The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method. A questionnaire consisted of (28) questions and was distributed into three categories. The study population consisted of all the principals of public education schools in Jeddah in the second semester of 2021-2022. Their number was (1086) principals. The study sample was chosen in a simple random way, as the study sample amounted to (378) male and female principals, or a percentage of (34.8%). The data were processed using SPSS software. The most important results concluded from the study that most of the public-school principals in Jeddah think they have a high level of career quality, with an arithmetic mean of 3.81. It came after salaries and rewards at the forefront of the achieved fields, with an arithmetic mean of 3.94, followed by promotion and career advancement, with an arithmetic mean of 3.76. In contrast, participation in decision- making comes last, with an arithmetic mean of (3.75). Thus, the researcher recommends: 1) The Ministry of Education allocates financial rewards commensurate with school principals' performance and development efforts. 2) The Ministry of Education makes a guide for school principals that shows the differentiation for obtaining promotions. 3) The Ministry of Education presents clear executive plans to increase diversity in promotions. 4) The Ministry of Education presents clear plans to increase school principals' career quality by involving them in decision-making.
