This study aimed to examine the relationship between creative leadership that private kindergarten educational leaders' practice and the development of kindergarten teachers’ 21st century skills, in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. To attain this purpose, this research study adopted quantitative correlational research design and utilized a questionnaire to collect data from the total targeted population of (45) teachers, (22) leaders, and (6) supervisors in private kindergarten schools in Yanbu. Findings of this study revealed that private kindergarten educational leaders practice creative leaderships at high degree. Also, findings showed that the level of development of kindergarten teachers’ 21st century skills is at high degree. In addition, findings showed that there is statistically significant positive relationship between creative leadership and the development of kindergarten teachers’ 21st century skills. The study concluded with recommending conducting training sessions for kindergarten educational leaders about creative leadership as well as diversifying the reinforcers provided to kindergarten teachers to enhance their skills in sharing non-traditional ideas in order to improve the work in private kindergartens. The study also recommended to increase the training sessions for teachers about 21st Century skills related practices. (Author’s abstract)
