درجة ممارسة طالبات الماجستير لمهارات الحوار في جامعات جدة الحكومية والخاصة من وجهة نظر الطالبات وعضوات هيئة التدريس : دراسة مقارنة
This study aimed to identify the degree of practicing dialogue skills by female master's students in Jeddah public and private universities. It measured four of the dialogue skills: listening, persuasion, responding and confrontation with diplomacy, and mastering the art of communication in dialogue. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and the study sample consisted of (241) of which (30) in the exploratory study, and (211), in the questionnaire of the basic study (140) master's students, and (71) female faculty members. The questionnaire included (16) paragraphs, the paragraphs of which were distributed among the four dialogue skills, and the results answered the study questions, and the results reached statistically significant differences in favor of faculty members with the high practice of female students of dialogue skills from their point of view, The study recommends that universities benefit from Some of the programs which enhance dialogue skills.
