The researcher conducted this study in order to identify the relationship between change management and job performance among the technical supervisors in the Baghdad education directorate as she used two scales specialized in measuring change management and job performance to complete the research procedures and achieve its goal. Both sides of (Al-Karkh -Al-Rusafa) totaling (142) supervisors،as the entire study community was used as a sample for the study and after building the scales and distributing them to the research sample the researcher collected them after answering them by the examinees a sample of which statistical transactions were performed using the statistical program (SPSS). In the end results were reached the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant relationship between change management and job performance in the research sample. Change in all its joints and sections to achieve the desired results of the work. (Published abstract)
