Sports psychology is one of the important topics that have a direct impact on developing the level of performance of the implementers of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, including the leadership personality, which has a major role in the application of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, through which students are able to lead the lesson of physical education during the application period. Psychological compatibility has received great attention from researchers and specialists in psychology because of its high importance in achieving sound psychological growth, whose positive effects are in their psychological compatibility and their enjoyment of a high level of compatibility in various aspects of their lives, behavior and activity. The relationship between the leadership personality and psychological adjustment Identifying the strength of the correlation between the two variables As for the objectives and identification of the correlation relationship between the leadership personality and psychological compatibility of the applicants of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Diyala, the researchers used the descriptive approach in the correlative relations method, and the research community represented the Applicants of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Diyala for the academic year 2021-2022, where the total number reached (222) applied, and the sample of correlational relationships amounted to (150) applied, with a rate of 67.57%. The leadership personality and psychological compatibility of the research sample were measured. The SPSS statistical program was used to process the data statistically. The researchers concluded that there is a correlation between the leadership personality and psychological compatibility of the research sample. The researchers recommend studying other psychological variables that the researchers did not address. (Published abstract)
